Some quotes for today - my other son you haven't met on my blog yet Master 11 is sick at the moment he woke up yesterday and could hardly talk or breathe as his nose is blocked and tonsils swollen so we took him to the doctors (a rare event as my kids are pretty healthy and barely get colds so have good immunity like me I rarely get sick), hopefully he will pick up soon with the antibiotics the doctor prescribed he may have tonsillitis or croup is going around and he has a funny cough as well.  *Archangel Raphael is the Angel to call on for healing if you need some one in your life that is a bit sick call on him to help..

 

Go with the flow of life - listen to your own gut feelings and your heart - know and trust what those feelings are telling you then use them as your guide for direction in your life as that is your soul and your Angels or guides talking when you go against that guidance it is your ego (your mind) talking you out of it.. So it is like swimming against a current and you make it tougher on yourself  .. Eventually you will just end back where you started and be guided back to the path or direction you were meant to take.

Go with the flow also means doing what you know or feel is the right thing to do with out forcing things to happen as they will happen naturally and in divine time when it is meant to.

Self Love.. Care ...

I have mentioned love and finding love and your Soulmate on a lot of posts but you also need to Love yourself and accept that God made you perfect the way you are, you need to keep telling yourself  "I am who I am", and no one is perfect.  We are our own worst enemy and critic most of the time we beat our self up about our weight, our looks, what we wear and we always compare ourselves to the images we perceive as beautiful in the media in magazines, TV and in the movies etc. If you love and accept your self first with all your faults than you can find your special partner and love and accept them for who they are, *as well as any one else that crosses your path..  Love unconditionally always and don't forget to look after yourself first with a healthy diet, exercise, plenty of rest (note to self) a great attitude if things don't always turn out how you want.

Growing up I was not always self confident on the outside but I was always had that quiet confidence inside of who I was but built a wall up so as not to let anyone in on that probably because I am shy and if I did speak up I usually got "she's coming out of her shell" most the time it was just easier on me to quietly observe what was going on around me and just go with the flow of life even back in my childhood. My big sister was noisy enough for the both of us my mum knew when she wasn't around it must of been relief on my mums ears as my big sister does like to make her presence felt she was my confidence even if she did pick on me at times, I still have that same feeling when she is around put she no longer picks on me we are adults.

So I guess I have been loyal to my own soul through out my life I just had to find my feet and what my life purpose was about and I think I now know through researching in why I am like I am and  coming in to contact with Doreen Virtue has helped me find that purpose as for where it is going I am not sure just yet but I will go with the flow of life like I have always done and let the Angels guide and teach me to fulfil my souls promises.

Positivity and Love

The two highest energies that will change any one's mood are positivity and love. I always look on the upside when everybody only sees the bad I see the good and find the reason why it is not so bad as "everything happens for a reason"... that reason can not always be noticed straight away but with time you will notice why things turned out that way.. It probably comes back to what you were expecting to happen and when it didn't happen that way  you get disappointed which is a negative energy..  Expect nothing of no-one that way you will rarely be disappointed as you can talk your self out of disappointment as everything does happen for a reason (you will find all negative energy is your ego trying to talk you out of seeing the positive). 

 

I always talk about John Edward (JE) the medium on my blog as he has popped in and out of my life and started doing his psychic work around to same time Phillip past so his book and first TV show in 1999 really helped with my grieving process at the time when I was searching for answers to where my baby went and that he would be looked after as I could no longer do it.  I've followed JE not religiously but watched any other shows or if he came on for interviews on the TV I seen what he had to say in hopes of a message from the other side and they did usually come as some readings it will feel as if the message is also for you.. JE drew my name out once on the Kerri-Anne Kennelly show she had a bingo competition as I was sitting watching I was thinking or asking for Phillip if  JE is for real give me a sign next thing JE drew out  #24(significant as that was the date Phillip passed) and I won a big TV that was about 2004. Any way he has a website called Evolve and you can see his work on that he is having a free 90 day Evolve promotion and it will cost you nothing to see his shows (you usually have to pay a yearly subscription to his site so if you want to access it I did only about Oct last year).. Some good news my mum texted yesterday after dad had 2 more doses of chemo on Wednesday and Thursday they must of talked to the Doctor as he is in remission but may need more treatment after another Scan in a months time depending on the results from the scan..

Mum said they 'will cross that bridge when they get to it' .. as they may need to travel to Sydney for that treatment.. I must get that attitude from my mum of trying not to worry about what is too far in front of me as I know from experience life can be full of unexpected events that you have no control over so you just have to deal with it when it comes up.. My mum does stress out a bit though where  I tend not to stress so much as things always seem to turn out maybe not always as expected but then I don't place expectations on anything or anyone so I'm rarely disappointed and just go with the flow of life..
