You know the sun reminds me of my son Phillip and God as on the day of his funeral the sun gave me the strength to carry me through the day as I walked down to the church it was beating down on my back and it was so bright. Phillip was also such a happy bright spirit he always had a smile on his face.
I'm a fan of David Palmer he is an Astrologer with a difference as he has a lot of spiritual talk with his charts of the Universal system so he can tell you why you may be in a certain mood because of the planets position I watch most of his work daily though I have been slack sometimes and miss some.. He also works with others from the spiritual community I was watching this talk he was having with Teal Swan (I'm not familiar with her) this morning in the first 2 mins of the Conversation Teal mentions what she does and it struck a cord with me as to what we are seeing World wide and within our own countries where the Old Systems and ways of doing things no longer seem to be working like education, political systems and even the media seem to have lost their way.. That is because of a shift in the universe where the old is making way for the new which is where the new breed of kids and the Older generations of Indigo and Crystal energies come in to pave the way of how it is going to be in the New Age as there is a shift of Energy and as God is the source of all energy he is the one in the control seat so all the light workers are waking up to pave the way as it will be all internal how one handles the shift of energy and a loss of the old systems .. Anyway watch the Video here to see what you think but you should also be able to feel in your own bones that things as they are, no longer seem to work as they did in the 50's/60's era or even before that, we humans have lost our way and our own ego's have a lot to answer for that... So currently in Australia the media are giving the left all the voice so that is where all the energy is so it is being highlighted by the fact we are paying so much attention to the negative that the positive and the good the current government is doing is being drowned out by the negative.. This is happening world wide as the news and everyone is always focussed on the shadow side and the negative so that is our reality.. We really need to shift the focus and work towards what we want as a society. Even all the Social network sites and that are focussed on the negative so that is why so many lightworkers are out in force on the internet world wide as we are trying to change the energy that we emit as in 'Love' and 'Fear' energies love is of a higher vibration and there are only 2 ends of the scale in energy we all need to walk with love and compassion for every living being.
So we put all our energy into the system (or change) we want not the old system that no longer works as that is where the energy goes up to the universe and to God so we are moving away from what we really need or want for society.. So if you put all your energy in to what you love instead of putting all your negative hate energy into what you don't want it will cause the change you are looking for..
The reality is our lives if it is stripped of all the superficial it is our own inner truth, it is who we are if everyone could see your soul and who you really are not the image you want to portray others to see..
Negative people run from 'fear' and their own 'ego'..
Stay positive and run from 'love' and your 'heart'..
It is such a beautiful day here the sky is blue and the sun is out Spring is in the air Winter is nearly over.. I'm just doing house work so about to hang some washing out in the sun to dry, my boys are off camping this week end so I get some alone time..
I just **updated my last post here is what I added about the Crystal energy at least in my case. Withhold emotions, have fears of losing control of their temper
Yes I have always done this I can't remember throwing tantrums as a child and when I had to cry because of getting in trouble with sister or if anyone in the house hold was cranky I would run into my room and bury myself under the blankets so as not to let anyone see me upset I still do this cry alone maybe not under the bed sheets but where no one can see me.. When physically hurt I never told anyone, once I had a boil in my ear for ages and never told anyone until mum discovered the pus on my pillow.. I am very easy going so rarely if at all lose my temper I would have to really be provoked a lot before losing it. If it is anything to bring attention to myself I avoid it tantrums are the #1 attention grabbers so didn't do it. **I don't drink alcohol as it causes the loss of control of who I am I got so drunk at my sisters wedding I spent the night with my head in the toilet bowl it was not my idea of fun (I can't stand to vomit) so my alcohol intake is very minimal if at all, alcohol will also block your mind from hearing your Guides and Angels. Also on the website I've linked to she uses the word fear a lot I don't think it is a fear that crystal energies have as they have an inbuilt psyche as to their own behaviour and a moral code and that stops them from doing what they don't want to do..
She also uses the word stress a lot that is also a state of mind if you have the right attitude your stresses will be minimal.. I can't say I am a worrier or carry much stress as I do take things as they come and deal with what ever lands in my lap at the time so very optimistic, also maybe because I always felt protected by both family and from above.**

If something bad happens to us it may just be a blessing in disguise so as to take us in the right direction if we are going off our souls path. The worst thing to happen to me was the death of my 5 year old son but he did put me on my spiritual path or has helped me to locate it as I believe it has always been there but just laying dormant until God and my Angels believed I was ready and my heart was re-opened after his loss..
I wanted to put up a post about Crystal and Indigo energies as it was pointed out to me that I could have a blend of these energies after I explained what my life purpose was in a forum (now that I have done a lot of soul searching and found it as I was a bit lost last year).. So I've been looking up both Crystal and Indigo children/adult as most information is on the new generation of kids that are here to change the energy on the planet. On researching the subject as I wasn't familiar with it I have discovered it's the colour of the Aura (energy field and frequency) that surrounds the body and also they have certain characteristics God also has a plan for those that have this energy it is written deep in your soul it will be your passion and what drives you.. I have found this webpage and can tick off some of the characteristics that resonate with me and it did explain why I am the way I am.. I will put the points that fit me from the Crystal Children website I found (linked above) I don't think everything you find on the net about these things will be an exact fit to everyone but you will know in your own heart and soul that it is you and it will help you find your life purpose.. I know I was put here on earth so as to serve others and not myself as even growing up it was never about me and what I wanted as the usual reply when asked what did I want was a shrug of the shoulders and "I don't know!!" as I never did want for anything as I was always content I still give the same reply when asked ..

Yes I am sensitive to perfume as I can't wear it because it makes me itchy and gives me a head ache,
I can wear deodorants with no problems products like Impulse make me nauseous..

I haven't come across any food allergies but I can't stand carrots yuk! when on a Brownie/Guide trip in Sydney once I was being forced by one of the parents to eat them I nearly threw up that was the last time I ate carrots..

Yes I've always been quiet and kept to myself so an Introvert and very reserved around people and strangers until I know and trust them. I only talked when necessary my big sister done all my talking I think I was a late talker and walker as I've never been in any sort of hurry even my birth was slower than my sisters.

I don't know about that but I do love to watch and observe people I've always done this as I have always kept to myself and only chat to someone after I scan them and trust them. I don't like liars or gossips and I never have, I resonate with genuine people that speak from their heart and I can easily pick them.

Yes I can tell by just looking at some one their mood. I can put myself in others shoes and literally feel what they would this is second nature to me and do it on a subconscious level..

My eyes are Hazel in colour.
At school I was always the quiet achiever and worked quietly and done as I was told just an average student.. In maths I knew the answers but what let me down was having to show how I worked the answer out as I just knew what it was.. I never asked questions of anyone not even teachers so very self reliant and independent of thought always, I never took part in group class discussions as it was always reported on my report cards I also refused to read aloud and when forced to it ended in tears as some boys up the back teased me that was in high school.
*Easily overwhelmed by stress such as bad moods of other people
Yes I don't like others bad moods or people complaining not sure I get stress or overwhelmed but I have become more sensitive to it a lot lately when it occurs with family members. I avoid negative energies of others.
*Easily overwhelmed by the news, may not read newspapers or watch television
Not sure about that one but I haven't watched TV very much at all this year I used to have it on all the time just for the white noise in the background.
*People feel instantly comfortable around them, drawn to them
Not sure you would have to ask other people I know I don't intimidate anyone some don't even know I'm in the room I'm so quiet .
*They avoid crowds, become overwhelmed by all the energy
That would be a yes I avoid the Christmas rush and shopping if crowded and going out to the club on a busy night as when I did go as soon as all the people came in I wanted to go as I felt the surge of energy off everyone and the vibe of the place. Small crowds are okay just close squashy ones with lots of people make me uncomfortable it is worse if I know all the people around. I prefer one on one contact with others.

I would say yes as things just seem to happen for me at the right time to help with my way of life such as getting house (mortgage), job and other events so feel protected and looked after from above..

Yes not sure about telepathy but sometimes I think along the same lines as hubby and usually say something he was thinking about.. I always finish others people's sentences especially the kids it must be annoying but I can't help it.. I do prefer internet communication as I probably give away a lot more of me than if I was to talk to someone face to face especially about myself as I do hide behind a wall if it has to do with my own feelings and what I want or need emotionally. Growing up I loved having my older sister around because I knew I didn't have to talk or amuse the crowd as she always does that she would be an extrovert.
With 2 of my sisters I think we were dressed up to go to Sunday School (Methodist) my elder sister loved the song 'Yankee Doodle' and the first time she went to school or Sunday school they didn't sing it so she didn't want to go again. Sunday school was the only church I went to my great grandfather was a lay-preacher but he died when my mum was about 8.. So I've grown up with Christian values..
*Have high regard for their own personal space, fearful of letting people get to know them
Yes I like my own personal space and alone time.. I hide myself behind a wall of silence as mentioned above so a lot of people probably don't understand me as I don't give much away. I am more interested in other people's life and who they are than talking about me and who I am. If you read other websites a Crystal children are also late talkers, I just asked my mum if I was later than normal to start talking she said I was but then I had no need to talk as my big sister done it for me, I was also easy to take care of as a child mum had to wake me for feeds as a baby and whatever my sister asked for I also got as in drinks, lunch etc. As a teen mum could always depend on me to help with the housework and chores but my sister was too busy for that so I know I was put here to help others and not myself.
So that is me in a nut shell I'm very quiet, self reliant so don't depend on others for my emotional well being I actually avoid it (even after the loss of my son we were offered counselling but didn't take it up as I don't let in on my emotions to anyone), I can help others with theirs if I think they need it and I will love and protect those under my care and try to make them happy if I can as their bad moods affect me. I am very peace loving and would never hurt another human intentionally with my words or actions. The Indigo energy I feel I have is I don't care what others think of me as I will not change as I am who I am and have always been, I don't or didn't give in to any sort of peer pressure and always done my own thing. I avoid all conflicts and don't argue I am a bit stubborn in that if I don't want to do something I won't and I dig my heels in and procrastinate to avoid it and eventually forget about it.. I have trouble saying no to others as I like to give assistance to those that need my help even if it is to my own detriment to help at certain times..I will never ask any one to help me as I am self- reliant. I am also hard working and give 100% no matter the task at hand especially if it for others and I'm being paid .. I don't like driving in heavy traffic areas as I think there is too much energy and I was thinking maybe in a former lifetime I may of had a car accident so usually only drive around small country towns, city traffic would make me to nervous to drive in. I'm not sure about the crystal aspect they write about in the Crystal children posts on other blogs ..I may of been sent earlier as a scout for the new generation so when I fully awaken I would love to be able to see people's aura's and help them to find themselves (their true soul and higher self) so not sure in which direction my spiritual path is going just now .. I have purchased some crystals as I was led to them .. it's one step at a time while you find your spiritual gifts just trust that all the discoveries you are led to are real and you are being divinely guided so keep your mind and your heart open to all possibilities as God and your Angels know your souls path they will lead you where you are needed to help humanity and to raise the vibration of the ego driven planet as it currently stands. So much nastiness over the internet and other ways we all communicate..
Remember God wants us all to walk the path of LOVE not our ego's which is 'Fear' laden and causes negative energy which reflects and infects our planet and the whole universe and it comes back at us.
This quote just came up on my FB wall now if this was to happen you would see things through my eyes and others of the spiritual community.. Where the outside covering (body) is only the shell of the soul and the real person that hides inside, a majority of the time the inner soul of a person remains hidden even from the shell or mind of that person.. To have love and compassion for another person no matter what the choices they make or what the shell looks like is so easy to do just get rid of the ego talk and compassion will be found for everyone no matter what they have done (that means you love all humans unconditionally).
The more love and positive energy you feed your soul the brighter your outlook will be even in the times you struggle with the daily grind of life..
You can't change your whole life in one big swoop take baby steps and start off small if you find yourself in a toxic situation that is swallowing your soul up.. just never give up as there is a light held by your Angel at the end of the dark hole you may find yourself in..
You should be happy with what you have if you aren't would you be happy if you had more,f not it may become one big circle where you find you are only chasing your own tail in pursuit of happiness (which can only be found within your own heart and mind).

Life can be a struggle some times when you think everyone is against you and it seems no one understands you it makes you doubt yourself.. You are never alone and it is only your ego talking you down stop listening go and clear your mind by making yourself busy or getting out and about go for a walk or do something else you enjoy to get your mind of your trouble if only for a short while as that may be all you need to bring you back up ask your Angels or God to also help take away the negative energy that surrounds you making you feel this way.. As it is your own thoughts that will be making the doubts your reality and life doesn't have to be like that as you can turn your thoughts into a more positive frame of mind and not ponder on what is wrong with your life, think about what is right with it like your family, kids and pets and how much 'Love' is in your heart for them.. Don't turn to substances such as Alcohol or drugs as they won't ease your pain or make the stress go away as it is your soul that needs the TLC those substances will only block and numb the pain they won't make it go away your ego will talk you into taking them substances don't listen.
Life isn't about material things they are just comforts and superficial in the scheme of things as they will never make you happy only your own thoughts and inner strength and peace will do that. God made you strong he made us all that way so we could deal with the struggles our path gets thrown onto.. God made your heart full of 'Love' so don't lose sight of that while your ego takes over and has all the power.
Your ego talks through you with fear - turn that Fear into Love and turn your thoughts around
change the energy around you as what you give out will be returned.
Don't beat yourself up over things you've said to others in anger as holding onto those feeling will only cause you more stress and worry, give those feelings to God and your Angels to deal with free yourself so you can move forward and love yourself as much as your Guardian Angel does open your heart and listen to that Angel that is always with you and has been all your life she holds the light that is at the end of any tunnel you find yourself in.. Chin up push on and stop harming yourself as someone loves you. xx

Hi!! sorry I haven't posted since Saturday, I'm still doing my walking I took these photo's on Friday morning I took my dog with me that morning as I have it off work unless I have to fill in for the weekend cleaner. This is the local football oval and behind that is the Golf course which was the route we took on Friday I have been doing about 5 laps of the oval straight after my morning job so it probably takes me an hour by the time I walk back home. I decided I enjoy walking as I can do a lot of thinking about life in general or wherever it is where my mind takes me from what is going on around me and from within me so I search for my souls inner truth.

Walking she was worn out by the time we got home.
We are all responsible for our own actions and all our actions = energy
I choose to put love out as my energy as that is all I know.
The energy you put out is what you get in return so if you put all your energy into being angry you will wear yourself out as anger comes from your ego and it is a fear based emotion because someone isn't giving you what you want so you lash out at them. We can't expect others to say or do what we want as they have their own minds and choices to make in life. It is our own minds and attitude that causes our reactions to what someone says or does. So what do I do if someone starts yelling at me I know I don't yell back I try to understand their problem and walk away till they can deal with it as I can't deal with negative energy as it does get to me and it would make me feel guilty as I wasn't up to the yellers expectation of me and I know I'm not going to change who I am because they have a problem.
Keep the faith and never lose hope that what you wish for from God and your Angels will happen in divine time and it will turn out how it is supposed to and not how you expected it to.
God has a plan for you and all of us it is written in our souls Akashic records if you listen to your heart and find the inner you (your soul) and why you are the way you are, your life purpose can be found ..Your ego will try and talk you out of your inner truth so it can be your enemy if you give it all the power, your ego is usually responsible for all the negative thoughts and put down of yourself and your feelings which will cause doubts about who you are and what your purpose is..

I've been out for most the day today so in the car whilst traveling I was catching up on some reading I was reading this book below it is very interesting and answered some of my questions from other posts of mine.. Our names - You (your soul) or your Angels whispered your name into your mums ear as each name has a vibrational key that unlocks your souls book that is held by our creator.. We each have our own vibration (or energy frequency) so it is different for others that have the same name (more info in book). If you were named after a relative you will probably walk a similar path to them. I now wonder if my daughter has thought about what she will call my grandbaby I did see an ultrasound picture of the little peanut she is about 15 weeks along very excited can't wait for cuddles only another 25 weeks to go.. sigh!!
I was also reading about the 4 "Clairs" - Clairvoyance - (clear seeing) - Clairsentience - (clear feeling) - Claircognizance - (clear thinking) - Clairaudience - (clear hearing) .. We all possess these psychic abilities we just have to learn how to use them we all have a primary "Clair" on reading this today I discovered what my primary Clair is -
Going back to what I wrote the other day "Every person you meet comes in to teach you something even if it is only over the internet and social media sites , nothing will take away the experience of meeting face to face but you still pick up on others energy through the cyber waves with what they say, I know sometimes I can actually feel someone's mood by the comments they make as it is the energy I pick up on (I am still fine tuning my senses and intuition but when negative comments come in I tend to back away as it does affect my own positive psyche and outlook Kevin Hunter said I was like a psychic sponge when I mentioned it one day)."
" Clairsentience" is my primary ability although I am still working on the others at 17 when I heard the voice telling me whom my future husband would be on just seeing the back of his head that must of been "Clairaudience" .. Clairvoyance you should be able to see visions in your dreams but when you open up your 3rd eye you should see them mentally this is what I've been working on recently so it is a learning curve maybe if you try to hard nothing will happen and you have to go with the flow and when your ready spiritually it will happen if you work with your spirit team and move all that is blocking your 3rd eye visions. Some times I feel as if I have some Claircognizance as I just know stuff from deep within my soul and I will come across something I read and already knew it like when reading "Only Love is Real" some of the spiritual stuff that came from Brian Weiss patient from the masters I knew in my heart. Maybe I need to work on fine tuning all of the Clairs but I think one will still stand out and work best with you as they all will come in as your thoughts I think you just need to be able to tell the difference between your own thoughts and feelings and those that come from others and from the other side or from your spiritual guides, masters and Angels. The big thing is to have trust and faith in yourself that when the thoughts come in that they are from spirit and to watch your ego as it will try and talk you out of what you are hearing, seeing, feeling or thinking.
You should also not forget to have an open mind and open heart to receive these messages and to keep the faith and trust that what you are sensing is real and from the universe or from the divine.
Remain sceptical until you are sure and experience your own miracles as your own spirit team won't let you move ahead until you learn each lesson there is no time limit as I am still learning all this stuff as I go so I'm still a beginner (I started to search for my life purpose in Oct 2013 so have not fully awoken) I said in one of my earlier post it is like going to school but you learn from those that have already experienced this and you will be led to where you need to go by your team and when you are ready yourself to advance to the next lesson it will happen. **I have a feeling you have to unblock and unlock all your own psychic abilities that we are born with as we do use our instincts and gut feelings all the time but I think we don't realise just where the messages are coming from and our ego also plays a big part in talking us down and out of what we are sensing then life and our freewill takes us in the directions we find ourselves in because of the freewill choices we make, also the beliefs we grew up with have accustomed our brains into a certain way of thinking which blocks these natural abilities.
Let the real you shine so people will love you for just being yourself.
Let go and let God or your Angels take away any fears, worries or negative energies
as they will block your spiritual path and affect your health in the long run.
What you think becomes your reality as you are creating your own destiny by the thoughts in your head as your thoughts create your actions my thoughts come from my heart so are positive and full of love so everything usually turns out as I don't have any expectations of what the future will be I just let it happen as you need to live in the moment you can have dreams and ideas of what you want in your future put don't make plans for how it will happen just have faith and ask God and your Angels to help you achieve that dream. Sometimes you will struggle as I have many times it will be your attitude to the problems that arise that will determine the outcome as all struggles eventually come to an end and the light will be at the end of the tunnel just don't lose sight of it in your day to day struggles..

This quote just came on my Facebook wall from Depak Chopra anyone that is out to divide by colour, race, religion, gender or class because of the amount of money they earn are very ignorant as we are all a part of one race that being the "HUMAN RACE" and we all really want and need the same things in life that is 'LOVE'.. What does set us apart is what we were taught to believe as we grew up so that sets in our minds we are different but we really aren't as god created us all and when we die we all go to the same place in spirit. I see everyone on a soul level and we are the same our life experiences may be different but that is only the human experience our soul needs to learn every time our spirit returns to the earthly plain in a different body as the whole universe is energy the human race is a part of that energy and God is the source of all that energy so we are all connected through it. I am a bit philosophical in nature I think and like to question why people think the way they do it is because of what has been fed into their brain since they were born from what goes on around them be it religious text, images on the TV, the rules and regulations of the country of birth origin, the media plays a big part these days in how people think as they are fed this on a daily basis the energy of all these things do affect us it is only a perception of the reality of what is real.. To me what is real is the human emotions and how they react because of it to each other and the news and things that go on around them.. As our thoughts are a part of who we are it is good to know where the thoughts stem from my come from my heart most of the time however the ego based thoughts do come in so you can get a reality check and use your logic to decide what is real.
One thing we can't change is our skin colour or our looks as we were born the way we were for a reason only your soul and god knows that reason it is up to each of us to find that reason and the purpose for which our life was put on this earth this time around once you do that you should find the happiness within you as there are some things you just can't change so you need to release them to God and the Angels so you are not blocked or stuck on your souls journey.. You can change how you think so you don't get caught up in the superficial stuff in life as that is not what really matters, what really matters to your soul is how you were treated and how others treated you if everyone treated each other with love in their heart you would have a more peaceful place as you care about others more than yourself, I know it seems very idealistic and naïve to think that way because humans are humans and they let their ego take charge more than their heart so become selfish and self centred because of it but you have to be the change you want to see as everything starts with the individual as you can't change others they have to do it themselves you just have to accept who they are.

We can't change the whole world as things are the way they are.
Every person you meet comes in to teach you something even if it is only over the internet and social media sites , nothing will take away the experience of meeting face to face but you still pick up on others energy through the cyber waves with what they say, I know sometimes I can actually feel someone's mood by the comments they make as it is the energy I pick up on (I am still fine tuning my senses and intuition but when negative comments come in I tend to back away as it does affect my own positive psyche and outlook Kevin Hunter said I was like a psychic sponge when I mentioned it one day). Some very sad news come in today one of our cyber mates passed away suddenly you can read about it below as Wendy had great energy and her soul did shine by what she said on a daily basis..
The choices we make from the freewill God gives us makes our life what it is if you listen to your heart more than your ego you should find yourself going in the right direction and making the right choices in the journey called life, "you will always end up where you are meant to be" at that point in time as we are divinely guided it doesn't matter if you believe if there is a God or not as you are still one of God's children and he loves you as you are. Heaven is the place called home where we return in spirit when our body has given up in this lifetime death is the next step in our souls evolution of spirituality as we eventually return as another someone after our soul has erased the last life time it will return with a new page in it's heavenly book and we will meet again with the same souls in every life time as we are gathered in a soul group and connected.. When you do go back home you are greeted by the souls you knew in this life time they are our family members or friends that have passed over before us they are waiting for our return on the other side.. After every lifetime the memories will remain on our soul by the feelings of love we felt for others those feeling will always remain no matter which lifetime as LOVE will always be our souls purpose and our connection to others no matter how far apart our souls are .. Any fears or pain you suffered will also remain in your souls memory so if you love often, hate less and be at peace with yourself you should have a great life even when hard times hit as they are also our lessons of life but you can get through them with the right frame of mind as God made us strong to deal with them and you can always ask your Angels to help pull you through.
RIP Wendy Brown I did find a feather this morning as I was going for my walk and thinking about Wendy (also death and Angels) and what to say on the blog when I returned home. It looked just like this one..
The cyber family today at the blog I hang out Michael Smith News lost one of our favourite contributors as she had words and wit like no other she was beautiful inside and out as we got the privilege of one of her son's sending in some photo's of her and her artwork she will be greatly missed..
I know her spirit will live on in the love she has left behind with those that have known her. The Angels helped carry her home and to make the transition back into heavens pearly gates into the embrace of God love. From the tales we heard she had a great ride in this her lifetime and her life review will have lots of love and fond memories that the family left on the earthly plain will be going over of a wife, mother, sister, grandmother to keep them going in the rough grieving times ahead.. Wendy brown this one is for you as you now have your spirit wings I hope when you drop by those you love and leave your symbol so they will notice your presence in spirit as it still remains after your body leaves the earthly plain especially in everyone's heart (soul) I'm thinking your symbol will be a feather as you talked of plucked ducks that a proud hubby brought home for a feast but got a surprise instead .. I just read the comment from Wendy under the post her symbol will be feathers or magpies as she loved them and feed the buggers that attacked her husband .. lol! Wendy love your sense of humour.
Archangel Jeremiel is the Angel that helps a soul to make the transition when they return back home to spirit, he also helps the grieving family left behind so I will call on Jeremiel to help Wendy's loved ones when they need it. Archangel Azrael also helps the newly deceased soul and escorts it back to the spirit plane (heaven) after the physical death..

**Now I have more time as I did a quick post at lunch time 10 mins before I had to leave for job #2.
This morning I decided I would start to walk to work it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to work downhill but I decided to also get more exercise so walked around our local football oval (about 4 times today)whilst reading after I finished work and try lose a bit more weight as I have lost about 10kg since starting work about a year ago I was about 74kg last time I weighed myself so another 8-10 kg would be good, just by exercising more because of manual labour I haven't changed my diet a whole lot as I don't eat a lot of sweet stuff like biscuits or cakes I never have been a sweet eater (besides chocolate, lollies most people love them) I do prefer savoury, salty stuff which is probably not good for my hypertension but old habits die hard.. Did you know that people use food to shield their emotions and from the negative energies off others so if you reach for the chocolate and comfort food when someone has upset you, you will know why maybe you can ask Archangel Michael for your emotional shield instead of chocolate or sweet stuff as I know that is what triggers me to eat it my emotions or when others are in a mood around me as it or has been my shield. See how I go tomorrow with my walking I hope it is a beautiful day like it was today with a blue sky and not a cloud to be seen. I also started another Doreen Virtue class tell you more about it one day..
Let go of your past worries, fears and resentment towards those that hurt you or vice-versa so you can be who you are today as all those that have crossed your path in the past have taught your soul a lesson so you become a better person spiritually as everything happens for a reason and there are no coincidences because we are all divinely guided if you listen more to your heart then your ego you will always end up where you are meant to be..
